Like any town built on a river, the city of Cairo has quite a few bridges that cross the Nile River. This is a view from the Nile Bridge looking north at downtown Cairo and the 6 October Bridge. On a warm spring night people stroll the bridges and the riverbanks, as well as congregate on boats of various sizes for dinner and entertainment.
