The pool in front of the Heisei Chishinkan Wing of the Kyoto National Museum (京都国立博物館), which opened in 2015. You can also see the entrance gate built when the museum opened in its original late 19th century building (off screen to the left). Kyoto Tower can also be seen in the distance.
