The new old clock recently installed at the head of Pier Plaza in Hermosa Beach. I know the good folks over at the Kiwanis organization were trying to do something nice with their gift to the City, but I don’t see that this is anything anybody wanted. I predict it will be a target of vandalism and won’t last anywhere close to that of the time capsule to be buried at the base...
